If someone is driving your vehicle:
o Once or more in a typical month
o At least three months out of the year
o All business owners/employees that drive the vehicle in any capacity
o All children drivers

You don't want a claim rejected because of "hidden" drivers.

If an individual falls in any one of these categories, they must be listed as a driver on the policy. This is a huge change to the "permissive use".

I know some people may be upset when they see these increases- but remember this is over a SIX year period - and as the market leader - it’s about 4% per year- which is about on track with overall inflation.

If you are comparing what you paid at the lowest (2020) compared to peak rates (2024), it might seem like more. The shutdowns we experienced in COVID brought insurance rates that we had seen in decades - so that’s why it’s easier to compare to pre-COVID rates.
