To our Gilbertown and Choctaw County community: As the storm approaches, our insurance carriers have officially placed a temporary binding restriction (lockout) on our region.

⚠️ What this means: Effective immediately, carriers are unable to write new insurance policies, increase existing coverage limits, or process policy endorsements until the storm passes and restrictions are lifted.

🕒 Our Hours & Availability:

Friday: Our office will be OPEN from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM to assist existing policyholders and answer pre-storm questions.

Starting Monday: Our phone lines will be open during regular business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) to assist you with post-storm claims and policy support.

Our office is currently experiencing a temporary system outage due to an external telecommunications line being cut.

Because of this, we currently do not have access to our agency management system or websites to look up policy details or process payments. We are closely monitoring the situation and receiving updates from the telecom company, and we are hopeful that everything will be back up and running by tomorrow morning.
