Shout out to Russell Petty & his team over at Broker Marketplace.

The tool they're putting together are amazing! I got a call from a real estate agent last week who was on his way to a listing appointment and hadn't had time to put together a CMA. He used Broker Marketplace's CMA tool and was able to put together a CMA in minutes. He called me to say thank you for access to the system and that what would've taken him hours, took just a few minutes.

What's happening with home prices?

Home prices rose a seasonally adjusted 0.4% from October to November and 3.8% YoY per Case-Shiller.

Home values reached all-time highs for the 18th month in a row in their National Index when accounting for seasonality.

Closings on existing homes rose for the third straight month and the National Association of Realtors noted that sales momentum is rising as “consumers clearly understand the long-term benefits of homeownership.”
