🎄🏡 **The “Home Alone” House Was Basically Christmas on Steroids**

Fun fact: the cozy magic of the *Home Alone* house wasn’t accidental. Set designers went ALL IN...green sofas, red bedding, festive wallpaper, green tiles, green towels… even Kevin’s phone was green. 🎅📞 If that house existed in real life, it would’ve screamed “Merry Christmas” in July.

The real home never actually looked like that (thanks, Hollywood), and fans were *not* thrilled when a modern gray makeover stripped away the nostalgia. Fast forward to today: the home sold for **$5.5M**, and the new owners...big fans of the movie...are planning to restore that iconic warmth and charm.

Meanwhile, Disney+ and Hulu even built a **giant gingerbread version** of the house for the movie’s 35th anniversary… because obviously. 🍪🏠

✨ Moral of the story (and yes, this applies in Phoenix too):
