Hello,

First of all I want to wish everyone reading this the very best and I wish you nothing but health and safety during these strange and unusual circumstances. This is not a time to be scared, but prepared, compassionate towards others and helpful to all that will be effected economically and infected by the virus itself. My wife actually works in the airline industry as well is currently at work around many people. Please keep her and us in your prayers too, so far so good !

I've had a few people reach out to me about how COVID-19 is going to effect their home buying process or the sale of their current home. It's my top priority to make the buying and selling process as smooth as possible and that has not changed. I'm recommending to my clients and business partners to practice patience, understanding and respect for each other now more than ever. As schools close, employees working from home and uncertainty, it's possible there may be delays over the next few weeks. That does not mean your home purchase or home sale is cancelled but there may be a few extra days added to the process as we all adjust to these changes in our daily schedule.

If you are considering buying a home don't wait, mortgage rates are the lowest they have ever been and I work with lenders that can meet with you virtually via Facetime, video chat, over the phone, email or text. Once you get qualified I'm happy to email homes you can preview online or visit the homes you like personally to take video and more pictures until it's absolutely necessary to preview the home in person.

If you want to sell your home but have put things on hold, let me know.
