From Flipping Homes to Funding Dreams

After graduating from U of A, I got my start in real estate by flipping homes, buying at auctions, and learning the business from the ground up. That hands-on experience gave me the foundation I still use today.

I explored other industries along the way like medical sales and restaurants, but real estate always felt like home. That led me into mortgages, where I closed over 30 million in my first 10 months at Chase. But I knew I needed more freedom to truly help people.

I moved to CNN Mortgage and was mentored by one of Arizona’s top producers. I learned how to serve clients with unique credit, income, and timelines and how to truly problem-solve deals from start to finish.

Later, I met Rob Purvis, a mentor who shaped how I lead and how I operate in business. That guidance helped me step into leadership and run my own branch, learning everything from backend lending to team management.

Today, commercial and hard money lending are major pillars of what I do. I work closely with investors and developers to build solutions that traditional lenders cannot. On the residential side, I specialize in non-traditional programs like DSCR, bank statement, and asset-based loans, making deals happen when others say no.

At the core of it all, I just love helping people figure things out. That challenge still inspires me every day. And with a team I trust and a mission I believe in, I know we are only getting started.
