I love helping clients of all ages. And yes, I can do a home loan on a Manufactured Home! This was the first deal I closed this year (back in Jan) My client now in her 80s found herself in the unfortunate situation where she was forced to move. This client was full of energy, smart and active, she knew she didn't want to leave the community she was already living in. It was my job to get all the moving parts together to make sure we could close the loan on the only property that was available in the neighborhood she was already living in. We spent about 45 minutes to an hour on the phone each day meticulously going through each step of the process, eventually getting our clear to close 2 weeks early only to find out the seller didn't want to move up the closing date so he could move his capital gains tax into 2024! Time to get back in the saddle! 🏇 I've been busy. I moved companies! I've been actively involved in my local Chamber, (In fact I've reached Super Star Status) I've been filming Zoom videos 📽 and pumping them out to my database to get more leads for my VIPs. I've been spending a lot of time with my wife and kids. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
