I price fair/in line with comps and am able to recognize the desirable attributes in every home I sell. I then market to attract the buyers that need these types of properties. I love when my former clients find me online after YEARS to help them with their next home purchase. I helped Gabriel purchase his home over a decade ago in San Diego. His home has now doubled in value and he’s now buying an investment property in San Diego. He remembered how seamless his first purchase was with me so he dug through his emails & reached out to me. We picked up right where we left off, picture of him below where he did puppy yoga the other week in Venice Beach with his daughter & got suckered in to adopting this cutie pie! 🐶 My clients are just the coolest, and they become like friends/extended family. So grateful for my job!!!

I love a home that already has its whole vibe figured out. Where all you have to do is come in & say “I love it” or “leave it”. I’m typically not a huge modern decor fan but I absolutely loved how this seller did their whole home this white with black accent wall/farm house aesthetic. To me it looks like an Airbnb in Aspen, not a primary home in Minnesota. Congratulations to my happy clients! 🤍🖤
