I have had quite a few people ask me if I do HELOC's (home equity line of credit). I didn't before but now we have a solution!

If you already have a great mortgage rate but want to use your home's equity for a home project, debt consolidation, or other reasons, a HELOC is a great route. It allows you to access this equity without impacting your first mortgage rate. Reach out for any questions!

Many Lenders will be great up front to WOW their client but when it gets into process, the calls stop, email responses are slow, and you become stressed.
