🏡 **FRIDAY MORTGAGE UPDATE | FINALLY, SOME GOOD NEWS!**

After several weeks of mortgage rates climbing, we finally caught a break!

Thursday brought the biggest single-day improvement in three months, and Friday delivered a little more relief, bringing rates to their lowest levels in two weeks.

Does this mean we've turned the corner? Possibly, but next week's inflation reports could move things in either direction.

Here's my advice: Don't try to perfectly time the market. Have a strategy that makes sense for your situation.
