If you have been following mortgage rates or more particular the ten year yield over the past couple weeks, you may be scratching your head. Here is something that makes sense. Look at this Public debt over last 12 months. With the budget starting in the beginning of October, if the allocated money is not spent, then the budget the following year will be adjusted accordingly. That massive spike has to be absorbed. So for some reason, Money is being spent in the government like tomorrow is not coming for those spending it......

What an amazing home for an amazing couple! Love it when we can get these deals closed for our Veterans! So rewarding :) This one sale relied on 2 other transactions so it took quite a bit of finesse by a seasoned realtor and Patrick Stevenson pulled it off without a hitch!! Nothing is too complicated for this guy and it really took some outside the box thinking to paint the picture that led to their dream home. Kristen Andersen Whetzel earned every penny on this transaction and most certainly deserves more! This industry can be over glamorized by the media and people don't realize that not all real estate transactions are Manhattan condos or Malibu beach houses. When you are in this industry to make a difference you help everyone you can regardless of their Real Estate needs. Yes you can get a mortgage on a singlewide manufactured home. VA loans are my favorite!! So rewarding to help those who have served for us! I still stand by it as the best product available for those who are eligible. Wendy Schaller was an absolute Rock Star on this one. The family was living in a motor home, hotels, and bouncing around between different states with family as they sold their east coast home and had to be out here on a new assignment. Home buying needs to be much easier for our veterans so if you are selling your home and you receive an offer with a VA loan, don't get caught up in thinking it will be a hassle or cost you more.
