YOU DO NOT ask a veteran if they have a "VA Diasability"

Even me as a veteran I do not ask them that!

That is just rude and disrespectful.

Instead ask,

Hey __________ ! Do you happen to have a VA RATING?

The reason why I am asking is because your mortgage loan officer Carlos Rivera can get you approved for more if you do!

Not to mention, if you have a rating higher than 10% you will be saving a lot of money on the VA funding fee.

and BAAAAAAM! Now you are in a more comfortable setting with your VA client.
