🙌Nicky and I have teamed uo to help support this incredible, non-profit, dog rescue! They take in hundreds of stray, abused, or surrender dogs and puppies. They make sure they are well taken care of, they make sure their health is great and place them in foster homes, NO SHELTERS!! 🥰

I just spent a good part of my morning speaking to a very sweet, lovely young lady that deserves and wants to get into a home.

She truly did not think she would qualify yet and was nervous but ready to start the process and put together a plan so that hopefully within 6 months she WOULD qualify. And guess what, I am more than happy to help you get there, no matter how long it take!!

BUT!!! We ran her information, ready to put together the plan and tell her which steps to take with credit, however, WE DON’T have to!

🌟🌟She is ready to go now! She knows she has different options and she also KNOWS WITH FACTS that she CAN get a home, what her budget and limit is (which is HUGE) and she can start shopping!!!

I am so happy for her. 🤗

212 Ice Cream Studio. ⭐️ Vegan and hand rolled ice cream!

🍦the creations and options they have hear are incredible!
Rolled ice cream - from scratch
Hard ice cream with all the fixings. (Even spicy cheetos 😳
And THEN they do a DRILLED ice cream (which I got) and that becomes more like a soft serve.

👏I 100% recommend you go to this delicious ice cream shop in Gilbert! It’s a major win for us. 🙌

😀❤️ This is what I am talking about! I may be 'newish' to the broker world (not the mortgage industry), but that doesn't stop me from pushing harder than anyone in the industry for my realtor partners and my clients!

👉I have learned many things about myself through my own observations, that of my partners, and from my clients. I am PASSIONATE. I LISTEN and I am RESPONSIVE. I am FRIENDLY and treat everyone the way they should be. I am EDUCATIONAL to each and every person. I work with INTENTION, and I work to get things completed quickly for every single party involved.

I will also tell ANYONE that if I do not have THE BEST PRODUCT, offering, and customer service to TELL ME so that I can change that or that I know who does and I will help them.

My business is to HELP people, not to take advantage of them. I never have and I never will. I truly care about every single person I work with. Whether we do business now, in the future, or not at all. 💗
