the Gig Harbor Tides Scholarship Foundation needs YOUR help!
We sold a record number of scholarship notebook packets to the class of ’23 which means our fundraising efforts need to AMP up this winter! In addition to our regular fundraising efforts of selling TidesWear, Menchie’s and the Co****le Tourney we are going to be selling fresh Tidal Wave (think Doubletree) cookies and Tidal Wave cookie mix in jars (including Gluten Free!) at Tide Fest this year. This requires A LOT of ingredients and so we are asking for your help to alleviate the upfront costs to put more funds into the scholarship bank.
How can you help? We have a couple items on our Amazon wish list which can be purchased and sent directly to our Board President but the most cost effective business to purchase from is Chef Store. If you’d like to donate cash to our cause, please Venmo us at -Riensche. She will transfer all funds to our GHTSF account to avoid the fees they charge us. We’ll need this by Friday, November 18th.

Join us for our first annual Cornament fundraiser, Sunday, May 15th at Redline Athletics - Sports Performance Centers to help support our community.

I'm gathering corn 🌽🕳 hole sets as I post! This event is a fundraiser for The Gig Harbor Tides Scholarship Foundation (Full disclosure, I’m the treasurer.). The money raised will be for outgoing 🧑‍🎓👨‍🎓 GHHS Seniors. Last year we gave over $155,000 in scholarships. It's a great cause led by a group of great parents! Start warming up those arms 💪💪.
