📈 RATE UPDATE | GET OFF THE 🤺

You’ve seen & heard right. Rates have been steadily improving! These past 3 months mark an abrupt shift in what had been a decisive uptrend in rates Jan-April.

This clearly has the market thinking about additional rate-friendly economic data!

We’ve seen a rapid improvement in the bond market which in turn as allowed us Mortgage Lenders to be set lower rates today.

What’s next? The Employment situation will be released at 530a (PST). It’s one of the two most important reports on any given month and easily has the power to cause a big move for rates!
