We are seeing reports of scammers contacting customers and attempting to obtain personal or account information. In some cases, scammers are spoofing a GBT phone number, making the call appear legitimate.

When in doubt, stop and verify.
✔️ Do not give out your PIN, password, verification code or personal information.
✔️ Do not click links in unexpected texts.
✔️ If you receive a suspicious call or text, hang up and contact GBT directly using a trusted phone number.

If you are unsure whether a call or message is really from GBT, contact us before providing any information. We are always happy to help you verify it.

Please join our GBT family by coming together to pray for and support a precious little girl and her family during an incredibly difficult time.

Lillian is a 7-year-old from Ruston who is ill and needs our immediate prayer. Her parents, Rebecca and Daniel Smart, are deeply loved members of the Bienville and Lincoln Parish communities and have spent so much of their lives serving and supporting others. Right now, they are the ones who need our support.

A Love for Lillian account has been established at GBT for those who would like to help the Smart family financially during this difficult journey.

If you would like to make a donation, you can do so at any GBT location by asking to make a donation to the Love for Lillian account.

Every contribution helps ease some of the financial burden on this family as they focus on what matters most, Lillian and her recovery.
