We are pleased to announce that we just sold 200 Professional Drive in Gaithersburg, MD, a 4 story, 63,000 Sq. Ft. office building, as the sole broker in the transaction for $5.7 Million. The building was vacant and gutted and will now undergo significant renovations. We (Brian Rossi and Bill Wanatosky) have been retained by the new owner for the leasing and/or condo sales to the biotech and medical fields and/or general office uses.
