Role: Inside Sales Account Manager

Job Overview:
Join our dynamic team as an Inside Sales Account Manager, where you'll be at the forefront of integrating clients into our cutting-edge payment processing solutions. This role is tailor-made for individuals passionate about fostering smooth transitions for new clients, especially in providing high-touch service, and stellar ongoing support.
What You'll Do:
Client Onboarding:
β Lead new clients through the payment processing setup and integration through video calls, if necessary.
β Data entry on new applications and data collections
β Compliance with file content and confidentiality policies.
β Ensure clients understand and are compliant with relevant payment protocols and standards.
β Utilize authorized systems and tools to verify and validate relevant information for client underwriting files.
β Customize onboarding processes to suit individual client needs, especially in high-risk sectors.
β Educate clients and partners on payment processing systems, security standards, and best practices.
Operational Support:
β Provide ongoing support to clients for any operational issues related to payment processing.
β Act as a liaison between clients, banking and technology partners, and internal teams to resolve operational challenges.
β Assist in the optimization of payment processing systems and procedures.
β Assure smooth, consistent, and transparent communication with all parties involved.
β Work completed with a strong sense of urgency.
β Efficiently and correctly enter data into bank forms on behalf of clients and IPG.
β Stay updated on industry trends and developments, especially in high-risk industries, to provide informed support.
Compliance and Risk Management:
β Ensure all payment processing activities adhere to bank, legal, and regulatory requirements.
β Assist in identifying and mitigating risks associated with payment processing in high-risk sectors.
Collaboration with Sales and Technical Teams:
β Work closely with sales and technical teams to ensure a unified approach to client onboarding and support.
β Provide feedback from clients to improve products, services, and customer experience.
β Working focuses on following processes and procedures to ensure success.

Travel Requirements: IPG attends and exhibits at multiple events per year. This role will require participation in multiple events and conferences. All travel expenses will be covered by IPG.
Qualifications:
β Office experience in a business, finance, banking, or related field.
β Experience in banking, payment processing, and client onboarding, is optional, but desirable.
β Strong understanding of various computer operating programs and platforms including Word, Excel, HubSpot, Microsoft Office, Canva, etc
β Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
β Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
β Have a Can-Do attitude!

β Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
β Ability to manage multiple tasks and clients simultaneously.
β Possess emotional and situational perception to understand and maneuver conversations and relationships with finesse and authenticity.

As a culture-first organization, being together is how we learn and grow. We come together in person for at least 3 days for collaboration, support, and to have some fun. General work hours are 8:30-5 M-F with some outside requirements on time and travel.
Target compensation for this role will be $50,000.00 - 60,000.00 (mix of base salary and bonus) and will be determined based on candidate qualifications, experience, and location.
