"We chose not to become a wholesale bin owner because we did not want to be constrained by one bank's credit policies."

We're heading to Austin.

Integrity Payments Group will be at LEND360 2026, October 12-14 at the Fairmont Austin. Debra LeJeune and Bailey Ashcraft will be there talking payment strategy with lenders and fintechs from across the industry.

If you're working through waterfall optimization, orchestration, authorization lift, or where AI fits into your payment stack, let's grab time while we're there.

"My motivation starting out was to not have to work for someone whose values I didn't believe in, or do things that felt like I was selling my soul."

Debra LeJeune shared that on the Women in Payments panel at MWAA, alongside Angela Summa, Jenna L. Padilla, Jodi Durst, and Eva Powers-Haus MBA RDN-Haus.

Seventeen years in payments after twenty in banking, and she started her own ISO so she could choose her own work and her own values instead of running a company to somebody else's definition of success.

Women's Equality Day is about that kind of choice being available at all.

A four-brand consumer installment lender thought they had one healthy book. They had four very different ones.

One brand was running 67% ACH success and a 29.6% first-payment-default rate. Another brand's re-presentment logic was barely functioning: 24 retry attempts against 1,566 failed payments.

We resegmented the portfolio by brand and built a tailored waterfall for each: retry timing, attempt limits, card fallback, collections-exit rules, all tuned to that brand's own data.

The result: $8.9M in identified annual recovery opportunity across the book, split between ACH optimization and dual-authorization recovery.

Running one playbook across different borrower populations leaves money on the table. The data shows exactly how much.

Most businesses don't think about who owns their stored card data until they try to switch processors.

That's when vendor tokens show their real cost. They keep your data inside one processor's system, not in your hands. Switch providers and you're re-tokenizing your entire customer base from scratch.

Network tokens work differently. Visa has reported a 4.6% authorization lift on tokenized card-not-present volume, with roughly a 30% drop in online fraud. And 80 to 90% of issuing banks across the U.S., EU, and Australia now support it.

Nesting vendor, network, and universal tokens together builds in a fallback at every step, and the migration can be phased so it funds itself as it goes.

We broke down the full architecture in a new white paper:

Great learning opportunities this week in DC!

After 21 years spent in my banking career, I’m hoping some of my friends in banking may see this and help me out.

I have a banking compliance
Question regarding Third Party and Vendor Risk management.

I need to get some information (brief question) before Monday morning for a meeting. If anyone can
Spare 5 minutes this weekend and help me out, I’d appreciate it greatly!
