Congratulations to our member financing his first home!! It was truly a pleasure to help guide him through the home-buying process. I was able to offer our First-Time Home Buyer program which has a low rate, only 3% down, no PMI, the added benefit of keeping the loan in‑house rather than selling it to other lenders.

He also had an amazing realtor, Annette Montgomery, Realtor, Wolf Real Estate, Georgetown Texas. She's amazing, knows the local market so well, and helped him review multiple lending options to help him make the best decision.

I can hardly believe today is my daughter’s last day of 3rd grade. Watching her grow, learn, and work so hard this year has filled me with so much pride. Her kindness and her instinct to always do the right thing inspire me daily. I have good news and bad news today.

Bad news first: The 10‑year Treasury yield has been climbing over the past week, and since lenders use this as a key benchmark for pricing, mortgage rates have been rising right along with it.
