Did you know today is National I Love My Dentist Day?
I know traditionally going to the dentist can cause anxiety and maybe even fear.
However, I know that most dentists are kind and caring doctors that want the best for you. They contort their bodies in a pretzel shape most of the day, inhale fumes from the chemicals they are using, have hearing loss from long-term exposure to the drill and suction, and it's almost always listed as one of the most stressful physician jobs in the world.
Give your dentist some love. They deserve it!

Every year at Castle Insurance, we choose a "Word of the Year." For 2026, I struggled to find the perfect fit—until Heather Goodlett suggested one that immediately felt right.
ABUNDANCE = having a very large quantity of something; more than enough.
As I reflect on our agency, I see abundance everywhere:
✨ An abundance of amazing clients who become friends and feel like family.
✨ An abundance of care, respect, and support among our team members that shines through in our day-to-day office life.
✨ An abundance of support from referral partners, local businesses, and community members throughout Central Kentucky.
✨ An abundance of professionalism as we continually learn, grow, and improve so we can better serve our clients.
✨ An abundance of humility and gratitude for the opportunity to protect what matters most—families, homes, vehicles, businesses, and the dreams people work so hard to build.
When I look around, I realize we already have so much to be grateful for.
I can't wait to see how ABUNDANCE continues to show up in our agency, our work, and our community throughout the rest of 2026.
