The Event starts at 6:30 HOWEVER the Hotel is offering a Burger and Pasta Special for those that want to come have dinner. It is a great restaurant with a lovely setting, and this is a good chance to try them out. Nice two evenings out.

CONTRACTORS WANTED
The Sussex County Community Development and Housing Department is currently looking for General Contractors interested in bidding on housing rehabilitation projects within Sussex County. Typical housing rehabilitation projects range between $1,000 - $25,000. The scope of work on these projects includes:
• Roofing & Siding
• Window & Door Replacement
• Kitchen & Bathroom Renovation
• Flooring Replacement
• Plumbing & Electrical Repair
• HVAC Repair & Replacement
• Handicap Ramp Installation
Contractors will be required to attend a monthly bid meeting in order to bid on rehabilitation projects. Contractors will have an opportunity for site visits prior to bid submission deadline. Approximately 20 projects will be awarded monthly. Contractors are typically paid in full within 1 week of work completion and inspection. Draws are available for larger projects.
Contractors will be required to have a business license, carry a minimum of $100,000 liability insurance, and be registered with the department. All work will be required to include a 1-year warranty.
