As first time home buyers, from the very beginning she listened and gave great information to our many questions about the whole process, both concerning the mortgage and other parts of the home buying process. It really felt like she went out of her way to be available for us, almost always answered my calls right away and if she was not available, quickly got back to me. As someone who asks a lot of questions, she was always happy to help! For me, having a loan officer who is not akin to a pushy car salesman is a huge benefit, and Shelley in no way ever came across as pushy, impatient, or telling you what decisions to make. She presented various options, explained pros and cons, and really helped guide us to make our own decisions in a comforting way. During the closing time of our process, she was very informative and clear on what needed to be done and when, and what the current status from application to close we were in. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend Shelley and was very pleased with her service.
