Position Overview
Farmers Insurance Agent located in Lampasas, TX is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join our team. As a Farmers team member for our Agency, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote Farmers products including auto, home, farm & ranch, business and life insurance.
Responsibilities
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
As an Agent Team Member, you will receive...
• Hourly pay plus commission/bonus

Requirements
• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Self-motivated
• Detail oriented
• Proactive in problem solving
• Pride in getting work done accurately and timely
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals
• Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
• Life & Health license (must be able to obtain)
