We tried Bennett’s Backyard BBQ today, and it did not disappoint! The pulled pork, ribs, and chicken were all tender, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. And the sides were just as good—generous portions of coleslaw, mac and cheese, cornbread, green beans, and baked beans. We enjoyed every bit of it!

If you haven’t been yet, definitely stop by and give this new Georgetown restaurant a try. We’re always happy to see new local businesses come to town, and Bennett’s Backyard BBQ is a great addition! ❤️🍖

It's our birthday! 135 years ago today, our agency was born!

This is the original "purchase agreement" between Ross Wise and John Wood. It reads, "This day I Ross Wise of the first part agrees to turn over to John Wood all my interest as agent for The Ohio Farmers Insurance Company. Said John Wood of the second part agrees to give unto Ross Wise of the first part all of his interest in (a) horse named Bejon, waggon, harness and all belongings to said horse." Signed by both Ross Wise and John Wood.

Since then our agency has grown into 4 offices in 3 different counties serving 2 states with 1 purpose, provide precision insurance to local communities to encourage sustained trust and reliance.
