Our hearts and prayers are with Mike and everyone at Stockholm's Restaurant & Brewery during this tough time. We’re so relieved that everyone is safe. Having faced a similar challenge 12 years ago, we know how hard this road can be, but we’re confident you’ll come back stronger than ever. We can’t wait to see you rebuild and get back to doing what you do best. Looking forward to enjoying another amazing chicken wrap soon! Stay strong—we’re all here for you!

As we shared with you the other day, Stockholm's experienced a devastating kitchen fire on the evening of July 31. While no one was injured, the damage is extensive. We are working with insurance companies, etc. in order to reopen as quickly as possible; but the fact of the matter is it will take months to rebuild. While we wait for payroll insurance to kick in, our staff faces uncertainty ahead. We've launched a GoFundMe page for those who are so inclined to donate to the Stockholm's staff in this interim between the restaurant closing and payroll insurance coming to the rescue.

The outpouring of love and well wishes from our community has been amazing during this emotional time. We cannot wait to get back to doing what we love. Thank You All!

The Geneva Community Chest's 5th Annual Donut Dash 5k is happening tomorrow and there is still time to register! Join us for a family-friendly fun-filled morning along the scenic Fox River trails. There is also a 1-mile run for children ages 7-12 and a “Munchkin” run for children under age 6. And most importantly…donuts at the finish line for all participants!

Day 3 and what a day it was! We pulled some string and hooked the amazing staff at Delnor up with Lil Donkeys! That's right! Before they officially re-launch in early June they delivered 100 meals on our behalf to Patient Relations, Spiritual Services, Biomed, IV Therapy, Laboratory, Vaccine Clinic and Administration staff at the hospital. I can't wait to get my own burrito!
