They raise money for FireFighters battling terminal illness, injured in a house fire or death.
Every year they walk from Macomb to Ada, MI to raise money/awareness.

🚨 The Munising Falls Trail within Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore is CLOSED until further notice! 🚨

Per the National Park Service - Approximately 75-feet of the paved trail was washed out April 28th from recent heavy rainfall and seasonal snow melt. As a result, there is currently no safe access point to view Munising Falls.

Travel in the Munising Falls area is strictly prohibited to protect both visitor safety and sensitive natural resources.

We will never forget the sound of the trees snapping… sounded like a firing range for days!!!! Over 3,000,000 acres of forest in northern Michigan is decimated and damaged. It will take decades for it to look as it was. We know some people are still without power. Saturday will be three weeks since the first layer of storm hit.
