Over the last four years, my agency has consistently grown. I’ve managed to curate excellent client and broker relationships and expand my scope of work. Not only have I expanded into new industries, but new states as well. Of course, every business owner wants MORE. It’s never enough 😵💫😬
In recent months, I really leaned on my faith over this. I stopped asking God for immediate blessings. I stopped hoping and praying for this magical overnight success.
I realized I was being unreasonable. It hit me… flowers don’t grow where the soil isn’t fertilized and watered. I have to stop asking for flowers to appear. I have to tend my garden.
I changed my tune. My prayers became “God,I THANK YOU, I will go where you lead me. I will water my own soil. Show me what to do to EARN your blessing.”
Every single day thus far in 2026 I’ve started my day with new business in my email… it has truly blown my mind. With each new industry I have gained resources for, I’ve turned around and placed business. My products are GOOD 🙌🏼
