Your Medicare & You 2027 handbook should arrive in the mail this week. Patrius Health is leaving the area. see below. Read the second chart.
If this is your current plan you have some decision to make for 2027.
1. You can return to regular Medicare part A & B.
2. If you go back to regular Medicare A & B you can add a Medicare Supplement without the health questions ie gold ticket.
3. Or, you will need to get enrolled in another Part C Advantage plan.

2027 Open Enrollement will be here before you can say October 15th. Please start thinking about your Health and Insurance needs early. Medicare 2027 Open Enrollment is October 15th - December 7th. This is the time that is for changing plans:
Part D Drug Plans
Medicare Advantage Open enrollment

The effective date will be January 1, 2027.

My recommendation is that you check your medication list and make sure you are in the best plan for you. It has been my experience that you should check the plans each year. With all the changes you truly need to check this year.
Also, if you have an Advantage Plan this is your opportunity to change plans or, exit back to regular Medicare and look at Medicare Supplements.

You do have alot to think about.
