Congratulations!

The Master Adjuster Designation is awarded to Senior Adjusters that have 12 years of Adjusting experience with North Carolina Farm Bureau Mutual Insurance Company and have consistently performed at an exceptional level. We currently have 22 Master Adjusters. Induction into this group is determined by the Senior Executive of Claims and is limited to three people per year. Annual reaffirmation of Master status is required to remain at this level.
