Hard to believe it’s been 5 years (and a few detours 😜) since Heather first joined the agency! She’s tried a few other things along the way, but somehow always finds her way back — proof that once you’re part of this team, you never really leave 😂

Over the years, she’s grown so much in her role and become such a steady hand for our customers — always patient, kind, and ready to help however she can. She’s truly been a rock for both our team and the people we serve. ❤️

🎃👻 For Halloween, our office brought Beetlejuice to life, and we had a blast channeling our favorite characters! With Miss Argentin, Lydia Deetz, Delia Deetz, Juno the Case Worker, and of course, Beetlejuice himself—everyone went all out with amazing costumes and eerie makeup. “It’s SHOWTIME”, and our team nailed it! 👻🎃
