Just a reminder you can make your payments thru Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, or Chime online without having to come in. We will put your receipt in your folder and you can come in and pick it up at a later date.When paid in full we will mail or you can come by and pickup all paper receipts . You call or text 704-898-0304 for your balance or court date anytime between the hours of 3pm till midnight Monday thru Friday. These are our in office hours all other times I have the phone forward to the office cell. I will still be close by to meet you at the office if in need of a bond.

On Friday, North Carolina Supreme Court Chief Justice Cheri Beasley extended the limited operations of North Carolina's courts through June 1. The Gaston County Courthouse will continue with its limited operations until June 1. Please call before you come and, if possible, conduct all necessary business by phone or online.
