🚨🚨POWER OUTAGE 🚨🚨

Our office will be closed the remainder of today due to the county-wide power and internet outage. Unfortunately we will be unable to access accounts, take payments, receive phone calls or respond to emails until power has been restored. As all of us live in surrounding areas that have also lost power we do not have the ability to serve you remotely from home. If you need immediate assistance please call 1-800-STATEFARM to reach our customer service department. Currently our power is not estimated to be restored until Tuesday the 18th at 11pm. In this case, we will remain closed tomorrow as well. We will be closely monitoring the situation and will keep you updated. We will make a new post if power is restored before then and we can reopen the office.

We apologize for the inconvenience. We hope everyone stays safe and cool in the meantime!

Sierra had a birthday this weekend!! 🥳🎉
Her favorite birthday activity in the office the last few days has been reminding us that she is younger than the rest of us 🤣🤣

If you’ve called or stopped into the office, chances are Sierra has helped you out! From customer care, billing, and underwriting to designing our ads you see in the newspaper and creating our beautiful chalkboard art, she does a little bit of everything around here.
