What You’ll Do
• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients.
• Quote, sell, and service commercial insurance policies.
• Review policies and renewals and identify coverage opportunities.
• Educate clients and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Develop new business through referrals, networking, phone, online, and in-person opportunities.
• Work with insurance carriers and understand underwriting and rating guidelines.
• Provide responsive, professional customer service.
• Maintain accurate client records and agency management system documentation.
• Maintain your NC license and required continuing education.
What We’re Looking For
• Active NC Property & Casualty license required
• Commercial lines insurance experience required
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and coverages
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organization, time management, and computer skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
