Currently, the photos are stock photos of tiny homes from around the country but they will be replaced with our own photos as they become available.
As I posted yesterday we will have three (3) models to choose from.
The first...Empty Nest, for the empty nesters or the young couple just starting out or the person that just wants to get away from the city lights.
The second is the Love Nest. This is Luxury a step up for anyone that is into living a different pace.
Thirdly we have the Eagles Nest. This will be the closest we can get to Heaven and still be alive and on the ground.

Our latest update on Premier Tiny Homes. We have Two interested/Potential clients wanting a total of 6 homes, we are still talking with a gentleman from South Texas who has 70+ acres and a gentleman from out of state that wants to start a community.
The Tiny House Movement is real and is here to stay.
We are in serious search for anywhere from 1 to 6 investors who can invest from 25K to 150K so we can open our doors.
We have located a building not far from my home where we can build up to 6 homes at one time.
We have some vendors and a starting crew of qualified builders and could have our first unit finished in 30 days without rushing.

Good morning World, Russ from Premier Tiny House here with a VERY IMPORTANT PLEE.
WE ARE DESPERATELY TRYING TO RAISE $150k.

Premier Tiny House UPDATE...We have met with a number of people over the past two months, with more people to meet and talk with this coming week.
We will be meeting with a gentleman in Dallas, talking with a gent from Austin, and another gent from Arkansas.
One of the gentlemen wants to talk about developing a Tiny Community on some 70 - 80 acres broken down into smaller parcels.
This is a project that would take a number of years to complete, and build a name for the Tiny House Movement.
Not to mention Premier Tiny House would be making a boatload of money from this venture.
Now to summarize where we are with the Company...
We have the following: vendors for...Flooring
Windows
Axles
Countertops
We are talking with vendors on Exterior Siding
Cabinets
Roofing
Plumbing
and a Lighting Supplier
We are at a point where we want to get started but can not make a move till we get Financial Backing to put us in the building we have chosen.
So again I am asking if there is anyone that can see the Finacial rewards of investing in this business venture. We will even accept offers from groups of friends that will invest $15,000.00 each. That would be you and 9 of your friends investing the total of $150K that we need to OPEN OUR DOORS.
When we set up our display model at the Tiny House Jamboree in October, in Arlington Texas we will be totally powered by Solar Power from the Smart Flower.

Ok, where do I begin? Let us see, I just got home from a meeting with a gentleman named Rodney. He is the owner of a business that will be used exclusively for our floors and countertops. His company is called Nanotechnology. His floors and countertops are very strong, durable, light weight and can be made in any color imaginable.
We are also looking at partnering with him at the Tiny House Jamboree using his Smart Flower Solar power. I am not too familiar with the Smart Flower, but I have seen it on the web and it looks very impressive.
So when we put our model at the Jamboree we will be powered using the Smart Flower, to show people another way of living off the grid.

Good Morning World...I write this today in a hope that our Tiny House Project can get some traction and on some wheels. Our time frame for having our Demo built in time for the October Tiny House Jamboree is getting tight, but we are still praying for the Angels of Money to Tap us on the shoulders and say here you go.
The Tiny House Movement is not just a phase that will go away like Bell Bottom pants and tie dye shirts.
It is here and has a definite place.
One example is as follows: You have worked for the past 45 years, you raised a couple children. They are out on their own. it is just you and your significate other. You decide the 4000 sq. ft. house is just too big for you two, and you want to down size.
A Premier Tiny House MAY just be the answer.
Our Designs will be Big in Feeling but Cozy and Space efficient. You worked hard and DO NOT want to give up the Finer things in Life.
Such as Large Living room, washer/dryer, Flat screen TV, Fireplace, Sunken Kitchen, Heated floor, jetted tub, a deck and a Patio, and plenty of NATURAL LIGHTING.
This is a short list of the things we will be building into EVERY Tiny House we manufacture.

Nothing New on the Tiny Home Front to say so I am reposting this. We are running out of time to build our house in time for the Trade Show in October. We are sure it will be a BIG HIT (pun intended).

I have not one but, TWO (2) New Businesses to talk a little bit about today.
The first is a friend Frank Arriaga is working on a new social network for Radios....I don't know any more than that, but I will keep you all posted with more info as it comes to my attention.

The second is my friend Gary Hopple is trying to raise resources to start a Tiny House on Wheels company. He has a building on hold, he has several workers on board and on hold just waiting for us to raise that start up money
