How long does it take to remove an account from my credit?
- The credit bureaus has 30 to 45 days to respond. If they do not respond within this time frame that's an automatic deletions.

Can a account that's been removed return on my credit?
- Yes. The information has to be accurate or this can result in a lawsuit against the reporting agencies.

If my account been removed do I still owe the debt?
-Yes. Although the debt is not on your credit report you are still responsible for the debt.

Is it guaranteed that my accounts will be removed?
-No. If the reporting agencies can prove the debt is yours by law they have the right to report the account.
-97% of the time the information on your credit report are inaccurate. Wrongfully information are a violation of your consumer rights. By law if the reporting agencies cant prove the debt is yours they have to remove the account. Its my job to go into deeper investigation, ask for specific validations for the alleged account, report fraud, and to make sure everything is accurate.

If you receive a letter saying your address is unacceptable, they are stalling and trying to get more time. This could mean they can not verify your information. On your next letter inform them they are still within there 30 day time frame. 👍🏼
