Major changes to who qualifies for assistance when enrolling in Covered California plans in 2027! Only US Citizens, Permanent Residents, American Indians and Cuban/Haitian Entrants will qualify for advance premium tax credits.

Many lawfully present immigrants (such as those with asylum status, pending applications, student/work visas, or temporary protected status) will no longer qualify for federal premium tax credits or cost-sharing reductions

If you are affected, we need to start looking for alternative coverage ASAP! If your employer overs coverage get on it asap. Call me if you have questions.

Open Enrollment is coming to an end. The last day to enroll or make changes is 1/31/26. Our office is closed on the weekend, however we will stay open late on Friday. We will close at 7pm on Friday 1/30/26 to accommodate last minute requests.
