Sales before marketing is what great entrepreneurs mastered. Most people doing too much marketing without knowing how to sell and close deals. That would not give you longevity.
How many of you still remember “the rat incidence” I sent out few weeks ago about a mansion I rented during holiday seasons. First the luxury retreat did not take any responsibility and tried to brush me away with $750 refunds out of $26000 I spent on 5 nights? Then I had to have my personal lawyer to handle the incident. They still try to make excuses even I got a lawyer and at the end tried to brush me away for $2000 refunds and then 5000 refunds 5 days ago. It was back and forth.
My lawyer called me for discussion. I went through a series of “closing techniques” with my lawyer..: I just got a called from my lawyer yesterday , the company refunded me $20000 out of $26000.

I taught my lawyer ( who I paid handsomely) how to close the deal. If you don’t know how to close deal, you can have the product, opportunity, reason, evidence, etc. It won’t even matter. Making a lot of money don’t have to be about you or even your family. You need to do that first of course. I would not be able to do what I do today unless I made, saved and learned how to invest.
