Rodrigo Ruvalcaba
Born in Houston, Texas, he was raised in Garden City, where he has lived for most of his life. His family has proudly called Garden City home since approximately 1990, and he is grateful to be part of this community.
He is a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps. During his military career, he served honorably in Iraq as part of Operation Iraqi Freedom and was awarded a medal in recognition of his service in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. He also spent two years stationed in Okinawa, Japan, where he provided logistical support.
He is the owner of Ruvalcaba Agency, LLC and has represented Farmers Insurance since 2011. During his career, he has received several professional honors, including being named to the Farmers Insurance President’s Council for three consecutive years, 2023, 2024, and 2025. He was one of only three agents in Kansas selected for this prestigious recognition, which represents the top 1% of Farmers Insurance agency owners nationwide. He has also earned Toppers Club honors in 13 of his 14 years with Farmers Insurance.
A central part of his professional mission is to educate and empower members of our Hispanic community by helping individuals and families better understand their insurance options and secure the protection they need for everything they have worked so hard to build.
It is an honor for him to serve as a judge for the local Fiesta Queen Pageant and to support the talented young women who represent and celebrate our community.
