When a high profile fire ensued on the 20th floor of a Manhattan high-rise leaving not only many injured and homeless, but a building significantly damaged by fire and water; Interstate Adjusters, Inc. was there to pickup all of the pieces and provide guidance and direction while facilitating a successful several component settlement for the building owner.

A fire sparked by a lithium-ion battery inside an apartment in a Midtown high rise left 38 people injured Saturday afternoon, according to officials.

Fires are not the only thing that cause major destruction. Following the snow thaw, a client of ours suffered a major loss to his stock due to a roof failure. After our firm was retained, we have diligently reviewed the policy of insurance and sucessfully overturned a dangerous position that the insurance had taken limiting their claim proceeds to pennies on the dollar. We are now working to prepare their several hundred thousand dollar claim presentation and get this family business back up and running.
