First and foremost… From all of us at Heffernan Insurance Agency, we hope that all of y’all, and your families, made it through Beryl safely, and that y’all are healthy and somewhere safe.

Like a lot of y’all, we too lost power and internet at the office. We have been able to stay open, working remotely. You can still call (409)765-9011 and we can assist you from our virtual office with claims, endorsements, renewals and virtual payments. If you need to make a payment or drop off signed paperwork in person, you can drop it off at our Galveston Office, 1703 23rd St, in the mail slot on the right side.

Thank you so much to everyone for checking in on us and our agents, and the grace and patience that has been shown over the last 4 days. The time has come…the 23rd St road construction has finally reached the front steps of Heffernan Insurance Agency. The southbound lane is closed but the northbound is open (on 23rd) Sidewalks and front door are accessible. Luckily, we have a parking lot in back of our building (accessible from O1/2 and O) available for all of our customers! I have prepared a map (of sorts) to show the directions you can come from 25th st and 23rd to access the parking lot. You can call (4097659011) or knock on the back door and we will let you in.
