To those of our Insured's that have Erie, please note that their system is down. The network outage impacting all ERIE systems (in multiple states) continues. All available resources are working to assess and resolve the issue.
How does that affect you and your insurance policies through Erie? At this time, you cannot access your online policy via app or website. Payments cannot be made online or over the phone. If you are in office to make a payment, we will explain what we can do in person.
Changes to your policy cannot be made at this time. We can grab the information and call back when the system is running. We are still able to print out ID Cards for vehicles and verify many of your coverages.
If you have a claim, we can take the information and submit it as soon as possible. We can also try and answer the questions you have about your policy(ies).
All of the other Insurance Companies that we write for are up, running and functional. We can still service those for you.
We understand that this is a huge inconvenience to our Erie Customers...and us!!! We also thank you for your understanding and patience as we all wait for the "Gremlins in the system" to be exterminated.
