🛑 BUYING THIS HIGH DEPRECIATING LIABILITY before you invest in yourself and buy a home!

🛑 Complaining interest rates are too high! What is the interest rate on that car cause all rates went up not just mortgages?

PLEASE 🛑 what your doing and congrats 🎉 to my phenomenal clients and their amazing 🤩 realtor

This is a WILD 😜 one. Did y’all know as soon as you have a lender run your credit for a home loan the vultures come out and start hounding your phone. Some even pretend to be the lender that your working with.

Well they almost got this client. But, fishy business when somebody tells you they will lock you and can’t give you numbers or disclosures for days. An estimate is available immediately keyword an estimate. When we got that paperwork, they tried to fool my client by not including their HOA or taxes in Davidson county in the mortgage payment making the house payment 👀 $385 cheaper. They had the right one that day cause I READ READ! And, these clients are so invested in learning. Glory to God another happy home buyer cause teamwork is dreamwork!
