At the beginning of every year I love to reflect on the day that I signed my contract. I started because of my grandfather’s battle with cancer, and how this would be able to have helped him if it was offered. I also started because I seen the dream and the future. I’m glad I started. I’m glad that both of my whys have stayed consistent, and was proven to be my best decision. I’ve also added so many reasons each year to my why I have stayed list. Being of service is a core of who I am. And I’m so incredibly lucky.

Why did you start what you love? Or better yet, why haven’t you yet?

Happy Tuesday! 🫶🏻

A new year is not just about starting something new. It’s also about putting the past behind along with the tears, triumphs, and regrets. It’s about clearing up mental space for new adventures and knowledge. So be an empty cup and fill it with gold.

Happy New Year everyone, I hope 2024 brings you an abundance of love.

Reflecting on my career as this year has officially came to a close, 2023 has brought an abundance of prosperity and success in my career. After coming back last year I didn’t think I would ever break the milestones that I did in 2022. With preparation, long hours, and amazing support, I surpassed all of my goals and expectations with flying colors. I ended this year with a 35% increase in sales year to date, which is a huge deal in my world. I was promoted. I’ve had an amazing team working with me. Won 3 trips, including National Convention for the first time I may add, which was the highest honor. Made Gold Pinnacle status and then this month was promoted to Platinum Pinnacle status. Went VIP twice. Calls from HQ twice. Went number 1 in the market and region. Top 10 in the country and top 3 in Cancer products. Hit founders week and added to my glass ducks. Went more weeks as an average weekly producer than I ever have. There are many times I do not give myself enough credit, but this year I came to win, and I’m far from disappointed. I am nervous how I will ever top this year, but I’m proud of me, and my only competition is myself. Can’t wait to reflect on next year 2024 Kayla, see you there. 🩵

Just a heads up, I’m getting a little personal on my professional page. 7 years ago on 08/16 was my first day of work after being a stay at home mom for many years. I still remember feeling so anxious, excited, overwhelmed, scared, but I did it anyway. My first grown up job I took at 20, grew with me personally and even became a part of who I am. I wouldn’t picture myself being anywhere else. I never miss my kids games or events, I’m not held to a schedule, I get to help people in the best of ways. I would work here for completely free, and never think twice about leaving. So I wanted to share a little about me when I’m not completely obsessive with my career and making it my complete personality.

1. I was a teen mom, graduated early with my advanced diploma, and went to college for my passion in drug abuse counseling as I am an advocate for addicts.
2. I am head of the fundraising committee at a local youth league, and volunteer my time as a Varsity Cheer Coach.
3. My favorite time of the year is Christmas, and my love language is gift giving. I love being a “elf” and sponsoring multiple children every year and teaching my kids the same love for giving.
4. I am passionate about Cancer Awareness and Research and donate a part of my earnings every month to our blood and cancer center for children, as my grandfather passed after a hard battle with cancer.
5. I have 7 chronic illnesses, and a blood disorder. At 24 I suffered a large Pulmonary Embolism and at 26 a small stroke. I still suffer side effects.
6. I prefer cold weather to hot weather.
7. I am a major advocate for special needs children, and offer my support and knowledge for parents that need an advocate.
8. The Office is my comfort show and I hate anything scary.
9. My favorite hobby’s are photography, reading, writing, and promoting small businesses.
10. I’m a night owl, and love the dark.
11. My favorite color is black, and my favorite music is anything and everything sad.
12. I love to learn about everything, if there is something I do not know, I will obsessively research it.
13. What you see is typically what you get, I speak before I think, I wear my opinions on my face, I take things exactly how they’re said, as some of these things may be perceived as negative, it also comes with an open mind, overwhelming empathy, compassion, and a love for growth and empowerment.
14. Some weird facts about me, my favorite number is 12, I buy almost everything in 3’s, and if I hear a song I love, I will keep it on repeat for days until I’m tired of it.

Happy 7 years to me, I’m proud of myself, my drive, my dreams, my job, and I love all of my clients from IL, to NC, WV, KY, TN, MD, and VA. And all over the country. I love my team. My people. My company. Here’s to 7 more years. 🥂🩵
