🐝 BUZZ-WORTHY TIP #3: Turn your mortgage partner into a listing resource.

Realtors, your mortgage partner can bring more to the table than just financing.

Payment flyers, affordability graphics, QR-code payment scenarios and open house pre-approval tools can help you give potential buyers a clearer picture of what a home could look like financially.

These tools can help create more engagement around your listings, give buyers something useful to take away, and give you another way to start conversations with potential clients.

🏡 More tools. More buyer engagement. More ways to market your listings.

The Fed is making headlines again, but what does that really mean for your mortgage?

Here's what matters: Mortgage rates don't move automatically with the Fed, and waiting for the "perfect" rate doesn't guarantee a better opportunity.

Whether you're looking to buy, refinance or explore your home equity options, don't let market headlines determine your next move.

Don't just watch the rates. Know your opportunities.

Let's run the numbers and see what makes sense for YOU in today's market!

Before you negotiate, compare the numbers. 🔎

A $10,000 price reduction and $10,000 toward a rate buydown can have different impacts. One lowers the purchase price, while the other may offer greater monthly payment savings.

Let's chat and help you compare both options! 🏡
