Gainesville, GA, November 10, 2023 - HOMESTAR FINANCIAL CORPORATION (HOMESTAR) is now pleased to announce a partnership with American Pacific Mortgage Corporation (APM). Many of the 60+ HOMESTAR Retail branches have chosen to transition to APM. This partnership has also allowed for many of the HOMESTAR operations staff to transition as well. They will continue to provide the best-in-class customer service that many have come to know and trust from the HOMESTAR team over the past two decades.

HOMESTAR management considered APM as a well-suited partner due to their leadership team’s tenure, their numerous charitable endeavors that support and make a difference in the communities they serve as well as their alignment in lending operations with similar business partners.

Both APM and HOMESTAR have agreed to allow for the continued use of the HOMESTAR name, several retail branches choosing to operate now as HOMESTAR MORTGAGE powered by APM while others have chosen to rebrand under the APM name.

This partnership further expands APM’s branch network in their nationwide footprint, licensed in 49 states and the District of Columbia. APM’s product array allows for branches to expand their financing options beyond retail residential mortgage lending.

Earlier this month, the Sims Team hosted a charity event where people from all over the community came out to paint hats to benefit Maui's people and help rebuild after the devastating wildfires. The team gathered to provide the hats and paint and requested a $25 donation per hat painted! It was a smashing success, and we are delighted to report that we raised over $1,000 to be sent toward the Red Cross's relief efforts!
