Medicare Part B premiums are $174.70 per month, it goes up based on income, why?

Why are people with higher income paying more for Part B benefits and receiving the exact same thing as those paying the starting rate?

Medicare Part B should not be more than $100 per month for everyone, stop sending billions to countries that hate us and take care of our seniors!!

To apply for Medicare, you have a few options:
Automatic Enrollment:
Some people receive Medicare Part A (Hospital Insurance) and Part B (Medical Insurance) automatically. This typically happens if you already receive benefits from Social Security or the Railroad Retirement Board.
If you have End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) or need help with costs due to a disability or chronic condition, you may also qualify for automatic enrollment.
If you already have Part A and want to sign up for Part B, these questions don’t apply to you.
To check if you’re eligible for automatic enrollment, answer a few questions on the Medicare website.
Online Application:
The easiest way to apply for Medicare is through the online application provided by the Social Security Administration.
Visit the Social Security website and complete the application. It’s free!
If you don’t already have one, create a My Social Security account to apply online and track your status.
Phone Application:
You can also make an appointment by calling 1-800-772-1213 (TTY: 1-800-325-0778).
The phone lines are open from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
