Loan Officer Horror Stories! Real estate is a roller coaster! A file can be flowing so smoothly and then something happens! There are SO many factors that can effect a loan: employment, debts, credit, title, apprisal, sellers, cold feet, cash, assets… the list goes on! My ultimate goal is to ensure buyers don’t lose Earnest Money and can successfully close! If I see ANY hiccups along the way, it WILL be communicated to all!

Throughout all of the titles I’ve had in life, being MOM has been the best one. We are in a SUPER BUSY season of life and I wouldn’t change it for anything in the world. Late nights at the park, dinners in the car, and working at the park. My babies are one of my biggest motivations to keep showing up and to keep doing what I love! Happy Mother’s Day to all of the mommas! 🎀🩵🥰

Last week I had the opportunity to attend a One day Realtor/Lender class! We heard from the owner of UWM, one of the largest lenders in the US and from , an amazing speaker! It was a great experience and I’m so thankful for and for taking the time to join me! We definitely came back with some great information that will allow us to better serve our clients!
