Adam joined Liberty as a producer in 2014 and has grown alongside the company. As President, he will help guide Liberty’s strategic direction and continued national expansion while carrying forward the producer-led culture at the heart of the company.

▪️ Bernadetta Scholz | Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operating Officer
Bernadetta has expanded her leadership responsibilities to include Chief Operating Officer alongside her role as Chief Financial Officer. Don spent a decade running operations for a Sacramento-based construction firm before pivoting into insurance in 2010 to serve the contractor community he knew firsthand. He has since built a focused specialty in risk management for Fire and Life Safety Contractors nationwide.
