PSA.. please watch out for scammers regarding your loved ones in jail. It’s rampant right now. I had a client turn himself in this morning, and as soon as he was booked in we started the bonding process. Had him out in a couple hours. Just in that short amount of time someone tracked down and called his Mom. They said they were an ankle monitor company, that he was denied bond and would require an ankle monitor and it would be $1000. She paid it, was a PayPal acct. First off an ankle monitor co will never call you. We post the bond, then YOU call them, set up an appt and they meet you in the jail lobby to sign their contract and take payment. Sadly she had zero to do with the bond other than dropping him at the jail this morning. His boss was my co-signer..he paid and picked him up. Once he got out he called to let her know and she told him. Other scams include coming to your house to collect bond money… we don’t do that! You come to us, fill out contract etc. If we do speak with you on an inmates behalf and you are ever in doubt, contact the jail please and they can verify we are a legitimate co that services their jail, or google our business and call us back. I felt bad for her.

Alright everyone I need some help with this one. This lady's name is Stacey Lee Callaway My go by Stacey Callaway Oliver. She is in the North Hall, White or Habersham County Area. Was in the Hollywood area. This lady got busted in 2 big drug bust in Hall and then in White County under RICO charges. Hall County along with GBI and North Georgia Bail Recovery are looking for her. Y’all this is not me, lol….had a couple calls today telling me they saw this. For one it is in Houston Tx, and Aable.. we are A-Able and bond in Hall, Banks and White Counties in Ga. Secondly, our rate is 15% not 10. And lastly, I don’t do bonds on murder, (which here they don’t typically even get one) … and I don’t usually do aggravated assault on a police officer either. There has been a time or 2 when approving one with an employee on the phone that while reading me off a list of of charges that one has gotten through, but usually I say no thanks. Anyway, that’s all. Lol .. not me.
