As Hurricane Ian approaches landfall in Florida, we want to share some important information our clients may need during this time.

As of now, our physical office will be closed on Thursday. Depending on the severity of the weather and electrical power, we may be closed on Friday. However, we will be monitoring an email address and answering calls through an emergency phone line. These details are listed at the bottom of this post. Please note, this call service is not for claims, it is intended to provide general information and provide general assistance.

In the event that your property suffers damage, we recommend that you call your insurance carrier once you are in a safe place to do so. Claims phone numbers can be found online or within your policy. Once you have filed, it may be necessary for you to take action to mitigate future damage to your property. We recommend that you contact your insurance carrier and file the claim before you sign any form or deal with any contractor.

Notice Regarding COVID-19

As deemed an essential business, we are open for business and are here to serve our clients, however we are following the recommendations of the CDC and local officials and are limiting walk-ins and face-to face meetings at this time. In an abundance of caution, we are limiting our staff's exposure to each other and limiting our office hours as needed.
